📦 Order Fulfillment
All products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted print-on-demand partners (e.g., Printify). Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
🌍 Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
USA: 7–14 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
International: 10–20 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the product, shipping destination, and carrier delays.
💲 Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on orders over $50. Below this amount, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.
📦 Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package to your door.
Refund & Return Policy
🔁 Defective or Wrong Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is the wrong item, we offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue.
📏 Size Exchanges
Need a different size? We accept size exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and unwashed, in its original condition.
❌ Custom Printed Items
Because our products are custom printed to order, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse or change of mind — only defective/wrong items (30 days) or size exchanges (14 days, unworn/unwashed) as described above.
✅ Refunds
If your return or exchange is approved:
You’ll receive a confirmation email once we’ve processed it
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval
