📦 Order Fulfillment

All products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted print-on-demand partners (e.g., Printify). Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

🌍 Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • USA: 5–9 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Canada & Australia: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the product, shipping destination, and carrier delays.

💲 Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and based on your location and the items ordered. We aim to keep shipping affordable for all customers.

📦 Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Refund & Return Policy

🔁 Returns

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • You received the wrong item

To start a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery at retrovsport.contact@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

❌ Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing ordered (please use our size guides)

  • Items returned after 7 days

✅ Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • You’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation
